Hi! I’m Sasha. Strategist, community builder, and forever champion of women doing business on their own terms.
For the past decade, I’ve helped women grow businesses that actually feel good to run. I’m a strategy girl through and through—give me a messy vision and I’ll turn it into a clear, doable plan with room for real life.
After years of coaching and creating content, I realized what most of us really need isn’t another downloadable PDF. We need structure. Support. And a community that understands the actual challenges of being a woman in business, especially if you’re navigating it as a woman of color, as LGBTQ+, or as someone just tired of spaces that don’t reflect your values.
So I built The Strategy Studio—a business collective designed for women who want to grow intentionally, in good company, and without burning out.
